An introduction or request is not a confirmed booking. A booking depends on the parties agreeing the final scope, price, dates, responsibilities, cancellation terms and payment milestones.

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their proposals and for documenting changes before delivery.

Partners must deliver accepted work professionally, follow venue and safety requirements, protect customer information, communicate material changes promptly and maintain a clear escalation contact for the event.

WE HOST U may withhold, pause or remove a profile while information, performance, safety, complaints or agreement compliance are reviewed. Where practical, the partner will be told what information or corrective action is required.

The application records the typed signature name, document version and acceptance time. By confirming the acknowledgement, the applicant represents that they are authorised to submit the business application and acknowledge these terms.
