TERMS

The terms behindthe service.

These terms govern use of the WE HOST U website, accounts, event briefs and planning features. Any confirmed vendor or venue engagement may also have its own written contract.

01

Using the service

You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and be able to enter into the agreements you make. If you create an account, you are responsible for activity under that account and for keeping access details secure.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

02

Event briefs and planning information

An event brief helps organise your requirements and route relevant enquiries. Availability, pricing and suitability still need confirmation with the venue or service provider.

You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, guest counts, deliverables, restrictions and approvals before confirming work.

03

Venues and service providers

Venues and service providers are independent businesses unless a written agreement states otherwise. Their profile, quote or communication does not replace your review of the final scope and contract.

A provider is not presented as approved on the public directory until its details have been reviewed. Review does not guarantee future availability, performance or fitness for every event.

04

Quotes, payments and cancellations

A quote is not a confirmed booking until the required parties accept the final scope and any stated payment conditions. Where WE HOST U supports payment coordination, payments are structured around event milestones through a protected payment flow.

Cancellation, refund, rescheduling and change terms depend on the written agreement for the relevant service. Review those terms before confirming a venue or vendor.

05

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or deceptive content, scrape data without permission, impersonate another person or use the service to harm others.

06

Content and intellectual property

The website, brand, interface and original content belong to WE HOST U or its licensors. You may use the website for personal event planning, but may not copy, sell or republish it without permission.

You keep ownership of information and content you submit. You give us permission to use it only as needed to operate the service, support your request and meet legal obligations.

Where the service asks for an electronic acknowledgement, you agree that the typed signature and confirmation action represent your acknowledgement of the identified document version. Keep a copy of the document for your records.

07

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but features may change or be interrupted. Planning guidance on the website is general and does not replace professional, legal, financial, safety or venue-specific advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party remains responsible for its own acts, omissions and written commitments. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

08

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date will be updated, and material changes may also be communicated through the website or account channel.

Use the contact page if you have a question about these terms.
